Healthy Homemade Trail Mix!

What you need:

1 Cup of diced dried fruit (Apples, pears, apricots, etc.)

1/2 Cup of raisins and/or cranberries

1 1/2 Cups of unsalted sunflower seeds

1 Cup unsalted, dry-roasted peanuts (Or preferred nut preference.)

Directions: (Approximate cook time: 1-2 minutes; Serves 1-4 adults)

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.

  2. Eat and enjoy! (Store extra mix in ziplock bag or tupperware to ensure freshness.)
