What you need:
2 Cups of lean stew meat
4 Cups of mixed vegetables
1 Cup of water
1/2 Cup KC Masterpiece marinade (Flavor of choice)
1 Tablespoon of salt
1 Tablespoon of basil
2 Teaspoons of oregano
1 Teaspoon of pepper
1 Teaspoon of extra-virgin olive oil
Directions: (Approximate cook time: 15 minutes; Serves 2-4 adults)
Place salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and olive oil in a bowl; Put stew meat in the bowl, and mix until meat is evenly seasoned.
Place seasoned meat in a skillet; Cook on medium-high heat until meat is brown.
Add water, vegetables, and marinade to browned meat.
Cook uncovered on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot; Eat and enjoy!
