The Editor’s Own: Cottage Cheese Veggie Dip

Hi Tasty25ers! Amidst all of the great recipes that we’ve been able to bring you from across the world, I wanted to take a second and share one of my own! This Cottage Cheese Veggie Dip is a 1-MINUTE snack that tastes great, and touts a mere 120 CALORIES PER SERVING! From a quick & healthy snack alternative for house guests, to a tasty television delight, I strongly advise keeping this Tasty25 creation in your repertoire. What you need:

1/2 Cup low-fat cottage cheese

1/4 Tsp. lemon pepper

1/2 Cup baby carrots

1/2 Cup snap peas

(Optional) Unsalted saltine crackers

Directions: (Approximate cook time: 1 minutes; Serving size – 1 adult)

  1. Combine cottage cheese and lemon pepper.

  2. Serve with carrots and peas. (Unsalted saltine crackers optional.)

  3. Eat & enjoy!
