What you need:
1 Cup of lean red stew meat
1 Cup of frozen mixed vegetable stir-fry
1/3 Cup of KC Masterpiece® Spicy Mango marinade
2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tsp. oregano
1 Tsp. basil
1 Tsp. honey
1/2 Tsp. ground black pepper
Directions: (Approximate cook time: 15 minutes; Serving size – 1 adult)
Combine the stew meat, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and black pepper in a medium-sized bowl, and stir to mix evenly.
Place stovetop to medium-high heat, and add the mixture of stew meat, olive oil, and spices to skillet; Cook until meat is evenly browned. (About 5 minutes.)
Add stir-fry vegetables, and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to mix flavor and prevent burning.
