What you need:

2 1/2 Pounds seedless watermelon (With the rind removed and diced; about 7 cups.)

1 Cup cranberry-raspberry juice

1/4 Cup fresh lime juice

1 Lime (Cut into 6 slices for garnish.)

2 Tbsp. fresh clover honey

Mint leaves for garnish. (Optional)

Directions: (Approximate cook time: 10 minutes; Serving size – 6 adults)

  1. Place your diced watermelon in a blender or food processor, and process until there is a smooth texture.

  2. Next, pass the watermelon puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl; this is to eliminate the pulp and bring out the sweetness and smoothness of the juice.

  3. Pour the juice into a large pitcher, and then add the cranberry-raspbery juice, the lime juice, and honey; Stir to combine.

  4. Pour into 6 tall chilled glasses with ice, and garnish each glass with a fresh lime slice.

  5. Drink & enjoy!
