1 Tsp. baking powder
1 Tsp. olive oil
1 Tsp. cinnamon
1 Medium egg
1/4 Cup chopped fruit or nuts (Optional)
Directions: (Approximate cook time: 1 minute; Serves 1 adult.)
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large coffee mug.
Microwave on high for 65 seconds; Let mug sit for 1 minute before serving.
