Every recipe has a story! Becky shared hers with us: “I made this when I was bored one day as a side for lunch! It has just the right amount of flavor, and the cannellini beans make it really filling. This is delicious, and it only takes 10 minutes to make. Feel free to experiment with different dressings and seasonings.” –Colynn
