    • At only 35.4 g of carbohydrates, which equate to less than 12% of your suggested daily intake on a 2,000 calorie diet, this recipe is actually VERY low in carbs. We understand that everyone’s diet is personal & different, and your personal diet may call for you to have an intake amount lower than the carbs present in our smoothie; but based off of the bare minimum of what food experts say is a healthy amount of calories to take in each day, the carbs in this smoothie are extremely negligible. Our nutritionist would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have on this smoothie recipe by emailing us at editor@tasty25.com! Thanks!
