What you need:

 

  • Cream Pie Ingredients

1 Can of chickpeas

1/4 Cup almond butter

1/2 Cup oats

2 Tbsp. honey

2 Tbsp. vanilla whey protein

  • Frosting Ingredients

1/4 Cup almond butter

2 Tbsp. vanilla whey protein

2 Tbsp. non-fat Greek yogurt

Directions: (Approximate cook time: 20 minutes; Servings: 8-10)

  1. Preheat your oven to 350° F.

  2. Next, mix all of the Cream Pie ingredients together in a blender or food processor.

  3. Take the Cream Pie mixture, and fill a large, lightly greased muffin tin, using enough mix to fill each individual muffin tin 1/4-1/2 of the way full. (Quick Tip: It’s easier to make the “pies” with a muffin tin, but you can also use a cookie sheet.)

  4. Bake in the oven for 13 minutes; while the Cream Pies are baking, mix together your Frosting ingredients by hand in a small bowl.

  5. When Cream Pies are done, remove them from your muffin tin or cookie sheet; next, add “cream” to one side of Cream Pie, and make sandwich with the other; Serve immediately, or refrigerate for a later date.

What you need:

1 Cup bittersweet cacao chocolate chips

1 Cup crunchy-style organic, reduced fat peanut butter

1 1/2 Cups miniature marshmallows

1 1/2 Cups Bran Cereal

Directions: (Approximate cook time: 5 minutes; Yields 36 bite-sized squares.)

  1. Line a large baking dish with aluminum foil.

  2. In microwave-safe glass bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter; Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.

  3. Remove the bowl and stir with spoon for a minute to finish melting the chocolate chips. (If necessary, microwave the mixture for an additional 30 seconds and stir again.)

  4. Stir in marshmallows and Bran cereal and pour mixture into prepared dish; smooth the mixture out to cover the bottom of the dish.

  5. Refrigerate until mixture hardens; Then lift foil from dish and place Rocky Road on a flat surface.

  6. Cut into bite-size squares. (Yields 32-36 large bite-sized pieces.)

1 1/2 Tbsp. açaí berry freeze dried powder

1/2 Cup raw organic granola

1/4 Tsp. baking powder

Optional Toppings:

Fresh blueberries, blackberries, or strawberries

Honey

Chia seeds

Hemp seeds

Dried fruit

Directions: (Approximate cook time: 5 minutes; Serves 2 adults.)

  1. Take a medium-sized glass bowl, and stick it in the freezer to remain cold during the preparation process.

  2. Choose your toppings (OPTIONAL), and wash/prepare them; Set aside for later.

  3. Next, mix your 2% milk, 1/2 Cup of banana, frozen berries, acai powder, maca, and cacao powder in a high speed blender until smooth. (Tip: The puree will be thick; don’t mix too much, because this will sometimes cause it to liquify! – Amber)

  4. Now remove your glass bowl from the freezer, and spread 1/4 Cup of granola evenly into the bottom of the bowl.

  5. Then pour your thick, frozen smoothie puree onto the granola evenly. (Tip: If your puree has started to liquify, put into the freezer for a few minutes until it gets a bit hardened. – Amber)

  6. Finish the recipe by topping with the additional 1/4 Cup of granola, adding your optional fruit & seed toppings!

What you need:

1 1/2 Cups multi-grain flour

1 1/2 Cups old-fashioned rolled oats

1 Cup fresh clover honey

3/4 Cup finely chopped fresh apple slices

3/4 Cup caramel bits, chopped

6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened

1 Tsp. baking powder

1/2 Tsp. baking soda

1/2 Tsp. salt

2 Tsp. vanilla extract

1 Large egg

 

Directions: (Approximate cook time: 25 minutes; Yields 36-48 cookies.)

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Combine your flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a large bowl; Stir well.

  3. Next, place your honey & butter into a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy; Add your vanilla and egg, and beat well; Gradually add the flour mixture to the bowl, and beat at low speed until mixture is just combined; Then gradually fold in your chopped apple slices and the bits of caramel.

  4. After you’re finished combining the ingredients, drop the dough by 2 teaspoonfuls two inches apart onto baking pans lined with baking paper.

  5. Flatten balls slightly with your hand, and bake at 350 °F for 9 minutes.

  6. When cookies are done, cool the cookies in the pans for about 3 minutes.

  7. Then remove cookies from pans, and allow to cool completely on wire racks.

  8. Eat & enjoy!
