What you need:
1/2 Cup Quick Oats
1/2 Cup Chopped Almonds
1/2 Cup Chopped Strawberries
1/2 Cup Chopped Bananas
1 Cup Plain Yogurt (Low Fat)
1/2 Cup Milk (Low Fat) (Skim, Soy, Rice, or Almond)
