What you need:
1/2 Cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 Tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 Cup baby carrots
1/2 Cup snap peas
(Optional) Unsalted saltine crackers
Directions: (Approximate cook time: 1 minutes; Serving size – 1 adult)
Combine cottage cheese and lemon pepper.
Serve with carrots and peas. (Unsalted saltine crackers optional.)
